On July 10th, the SUSTAIN Eurocluster hosted an insightful webinar titled “Building Inventory Management Tools,” gathering experts in building inventory management and AI-enabled energy solutions. A key highlight of the event was the focus on the RETABIT Platform.

Professor Alvaro Sicilia from La Salle BCN introduced RETABIT as a comprehensive tool for assessing building stock and driving urban renovation planning. Designed to integrate diverse data sources, RETABIT evaluates energy efficiency and structural improvements, enabling data-driven decision-making in urban sustainability. Alongside the Open Sant Cugat project, RETABIT is set to transform how cities approach energy efficiency and renovation initiatives.
